Matthews 25 ; 1 - 13 The Parable of the Ten Virgins . At that time the Kingdom of heaven will be like ten virgins who took their lamps and went out to meet the bridegroom. Five of them were foolish and five were wise . The foolish ones took their lamps but did not take any oil with them . The wise , however , took oil in jars long with their lamps . The bridegroom was long time coming , and they all became drowsy and fell sleep . At midnight the cry rang out : Here's the bridegroom! Come out to meet him ! Then all the virgins woke up and trimmed their lamps . The foolish ones said to the wise . Give us some of your oil : our lamps are going out . No , they replied , there may not be enough for both us and you . Instead , go to those who sell oil and buy some for yourselves . But while they were on their way to buy the oil , the bridegroom arrived . The virgins who were ready went in with him to the wedding banquet . And the door was shut . Later the others also came . Sir ! Sir ! they said . Open the door for us ! they said . Open the door for us ! But he replied , I tell you the truth . I don't know you . Therefore keep watch , because you do not know the day or the hour . " Who are the virgins ? . 2 Corinthians 11 ; 2 I am jealous for you with godly jealousy . I promised you to one husband , to Christ , so that I present you as a pure virgin to him . " The ten virgins are the church who are waiting for Lord Jesus to come but they fell sleep , means they die . The oil produces the light . What is the light . " PSALM 119 : 105 Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light for my path . " The light is a word of God . Our Lord Jesus is the oil who provide us the word of God which he delivered to the Church of Christ . The five foolish virgin and five wise virgin . The five foolish virgins who have no oil are the church member who was expel from the church because of their wrong doing . The five wise virgins who have oil are the church member who until death are a member of Church of Christ . Church or Lampstand the one who hold the light , but if you are being expel from the church your light or word of God will remove from you , you will not be save by Lord Jesus in judgment day ". REVELATION 1 ; 20 The mystery of the seven stars that you saw in my right hand and of the " SEVEN GOLDEN LAMPSTANDS " is this ; The seven stars are the angels of the seven churches and the seven lampstands are the SEVEN CHURCHES . " It is very clear the Church or Lampstands are receiving the word of God , if you are not in the Church of Christ who worship the only one and true God the Father a Spirit and Lord Jesus whom you have sent , you will have eternal life .
